Using information from a research study out of The Institute for Reproductive Health at Georgetown University, each model of the Hail Mary marks the typical fertile window, and then some, for 26-32 day cycles.

How does it work?
For the Prayer Beads: Each bead symbolizes 1 day. Using the smaller, 3mm beads as your guides, move the charm to track your current progress through your cycle. The typical fertile window will be clearly marked on cycle days 8-19. On the first day of your bleed, move the charm back to the beginning (cycle day 1).
