How does it work? Each bead symbolizes 1 day. Using the smaller, 3mm beads as your guides, move the charm to track your current progress through your cycle. On the first day of your bleed, move the charm back to the beginning (cycle day 1).

Though each piece is different, days 8-19 of your cycle will be clearly marked.
